• No scraping at scale, automated access that degrades performance, or reverse engineering where prohibited.

Unless stated otherwise, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course materials for your personal learning. You may not resell, share, or publicly distribute course content.

• Downloads (if available) are for offline personal use only.
• Recording, reposting, or redistributing lessons is prohibited unless we provide written permission.
• Feedback you provide may be used to improve our service without obligation to you.

We may update, add, remove, or modify features to improve quality, comply with law, or protect users. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, though we aim to keep the service available and secure.

By purchasing, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount displayed, including applicable taxes and fees.

• Keep your billing details up to date to prevent interruptions.
• Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers under their terms and privacy policies.

Promotional offers may be time-limited, quantity-limited, or restricted to specific regions or users. Unless required by law, promotions are not retroactive and cannot be applied to past purchases.

If you have a billing issue, contact us first so we can help resolve it. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of access while the dispute is investigated.

Refund requests are generally available within 14 days of purchase if you have not completed more than 20% of the course (based on lesson completion or equivalent progress metrics).

• Processing times vary by payment provider and may take several business days.

Unless required by applicable law, certain items may be non-refundable, such as completed services, certificates already issued, or add-ons that were fully delivered.

Educational content is provided for general informational purposes. You are responsible for applying what you learn safely and appropriately for your circumstances, including handling tools, plants, and materials.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FloraCraft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the 3 months immediately before the event.

You agree to indemnify and hold FloraCraft harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the place where FloraCraft operates, excluding conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction may still apply.
