Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FloraCraft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the 3 months immediately before the event.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold FloraCraft harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of rights.
